HeartCatch PreCure!: Cure Marine

People would think that after all these years of writing for this cosplay blog that I would know a lot about different characters from anime, manga and games.

Well, you’d be wrong, because I get surprises like this in my inbox quite often!

To be completely honest, the first character that came to mind when I saw this was Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon… a stylized version of her anyway! But I’m pretty sure this is not the case.

You guys know the drill, comment and discuss who she could be in the comments, but I hope you guys can leave your name next time so that I can credit you properly if you guess right! Gyakuten Saiban 4: Naruhodo Minuki

Daughter of Arumajiki Zakku and Yumi (Zak and Thalassa Gramarye), Minuki (Trucy Wright) possesses the power of perception like her mother and grandfather, Arumajiki Tensai (Magnifi Gramarye). In Zakku's disappearance, Ryuichi (Phoenix) decided to adopt Minuki as his own daughter which she accepted without hesitation. She adores magic and her favorite trick is Mr. Hat, a puppet that pops out from behind her and wears her hat. She and Odoroki Hosuke (Apollo Justice) are half siblings, though neither are aware of this fact.

This is a pretty cool cosplay of Minuki with a Mr. Hat to boot! I’m not even sure how she managed to carry that puppet beside her… Thanks again to Ophelia for sending this in!

In the storyline comes the Avatar named Roku who had been murdered by the Fire nation. This character name Roku is the Avatar long before the period of Aang. The leaders of the Southern temple wanted to put Aang under serious training, which made him, go away from his father. This made Aang highly terrified that he decided to run away and not return till the situation changed. When Aang had made his idea of running away he was spotted by the fire nation. But Aang showed certain powers, which made him and Appa to be lost in an Iceberg where they were not seen for nearly a hundred years. In these hundred years many changes took place and the Fire nation took over most of the nation. The Water tribe included Katara and Sokka who were wandering constantly. Once when Katara had been practicing the water techniques she happened to free Aang from the Iceberg. The idea of Aang being an Air bender made them suspicious as the entire Air benders have been destroyed by the Fire nation. Thus goes the story, which describes how the three made their way through the problems and did their best to prevent the war.

Ichigo Kurosaki is the main character of Bleach manga. He is a not so normal high school student. Why did I say not so normal? It's because Ichigo can see ghosts. Big deal, you say, but Ichigo is not just some spiritual psychic wannabe who can just see ghosts. He can talk to them whenever he wants to. And some ghosts occasionally follow him home to hang out with his family. By the way, most of his family can see ghosts. Except for his father, that is. His twin sisters Yuzu and Karin can also sense ghosts. But Karin is a bit more powerful than Yuzu. Yuzu can only sense spirits and ghosts, Karin on the other hand, can see faint outlines of the ghosts.

Hetalia: Axis Powers: Hong Kong

There is very little known about Hong Kong, aside from being under the British's control for many years. No one can really tell what’s on his mind as he seldom shows emotion, if at all. He speaks in a mixture of Japanese and English.

Although I would like to applaud this cosplayer for the great work, this feature is also to pay tribute to Hong Kong. Several tourists who were on their way back home to Hong Kong were killed in a hostage situation in the Philippines just a few hours ago. Durarara!!: Heiwajima Shizuo and Orihara Izaya

Izaya and Shizuo have hated each other with a passion almost as soon as they first met one another. It was said in the novels that Izaya constantly framed Shizuo for crimes he didn’t commit. Final Fantasy XII: Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca

A 19-year-old Hume Princess, Ashe is the only living child of King Raminas making her the sole heir to the throne.
