Ne~PON? x RaiPON!: Citrus

I’m not even sure if she’s cosplaying or not, but she’s downright adorable isn’t she? Those look like small oranges on her wrists and lemons on her hair.

Whoever thought citruses could look this cute?

Ikkitousen: Kanu Unchou

It appears that some of the cosplays from Comiket 2010 (78) have been mixed up with the ones from Winter Comiket 2010 (79). No matter though… there are still several photos I have not been able to get to anyway! I need more time to write and research about more series and games!

I thought I could find out who this girl is, but I’ve gone through most of the girls in Street Fighter and came up empty. Perhaps my readers know who and where she’s from? Thanks again to Alex for suggesting this!

Gundam ZZ: Elpeo Puru

It looks like a new flood of cosplays from Winter Comiket 2010 will be taking up a lot of feature space in Cosplay Holic once again! And of course, as far as Comiket goes, there are also a lot of new characters that I can’t identify, so I’ll be seeking help from my readers once again!

This cute girl caught my attention immediately, so I will let her do the honors of starting the features from this convention. Anyone have an idea who she could be? Thanks to Alex for sending this!

Bakemonogatari: Hachikuji Mayoi

I hope she's not a real school girl who got lost and ended up in Comiket or something like that.

She actually reminds me of Chibi Usa from Sailor Moon. I think she first appeared in the second season and she attended school during that time. This can’t be her though, because Chibi Usa’s hair is pink!

It's beginning to become very depressing that I have so many unknown cosplays in Cosplay Holic. Maybe I should fly to Japan and stay there for a while to get myself up-to-date.

Mayoi Neko Overrun!: Serizawa Fumino

When I first saw this in my inbox, it made me think of Toradora!’s Aisaka Taiga. She has blond hair, and the same tsundere attitude just like Taiga, but I don’t think they ever had uniforms like this in the series.

Hetalia: Axis Powers: Belarus

Now her I'm pretty sure I've seen somewhere before. I just can’t seem to figure out where exactly that is.

She looks like a character that stepped out of a vampire novel or even a fighting game. Black gloves seem to be fairly uncommon to go with a French Maid uniform after all, but the blue ribbon with the blond wig make me think of Alice.

I suppose getting Maid Cafes to promote their shops in a convention is common practice in Japan. But I still wish they had flyers or IDs with them so that we would know where to go too!

Dare I say she is from the Harry Potter series? She looks distinctly like a pink haired Hermione Granger, but I do not see a Hogwarts’ badge or scarf anywhere. And besides, when did Hermione ever change her hair color?

Baka to Test to Shokanju: Kirishima Shoko

I'm beginning to wish school girl cosplays had IDs to go with them.

Just who is this purple haired bishoujo with the black and red uniform? Knowing who the cosplayer is would almost be mission impossible as it goes with these large conventions, but hopefully someone will comment and reveal which character she’s cosplaying as.

Pink Sweets ~Ibara Sorekara~: Meidi Rose

As it comes with any convention, there will be several unknown cosplays featured in Cosplay Holic thanks to Japan’s Comiket 2010. And these are the times when I wish I was more up-to-date with the latest anime, manga, and games.

For this, I was thinking of fanmade vocaloids for some reason. Maybe it’s the hair (or in this case, the wig) or the thigh high socks but that’s the first thing that came to mind.

HeartCatch PreCure!: Cure Marine

People would think that after all these years of writing for this cosplay blog that I would know a lot about different characters from anime, manga and games.

Well, you’d be wrong, because I get surprises like this in my inbox quite often!

To be completely honest, the first character that came to mind when I saw this was Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon… a stylized version of her anyway! But I’m pretty sure this is not the case.

You guys know the drill, comment and discuss who she could be in the comments, but I hope you guys can leave your name next time so that I can credit you properly if you guess right! Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: Hanyu

I have a feeling I know who she's cosplaying as, but the name of the series escapes me.

I’m guessing she’s a demon because of those horns, but isn’t she wearing a miko’s kimono as well? Or maybe a variation of the traditional shrine maiden?

I can’t help thinking she looks a lot like Kagami from Lucky Stars though.
