From the book “Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Ω" by Studio BentStuff, we get a glimpse of one of Tifa alternate costumes. The developers of Final Fantasy VII chose to keep her mini-skirt as a staple of her design, much to the delight of fan boys everywhere.

One Piece: Portgas D. Ace

Nicknamed “Fire Fist Ace”, Portgas D. Ace is the second division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. Although he was first implied to be the son Monkey D. Dragon and therefore the older brother of Luffy, he is actually the son of Gol D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge. In order to hide his existence from the World Government, Rouge carried him for twenty months before giving birth. She died from exhaustion shortly afterwards, and Ace took her surname, owing her a great debt.

Ikkitousen: Sonsaku Hakufu

The not-too-bright protagonist of the series, Hakufu is immensely powerful despite being only being a D-ranked toushi. She cares very little for politics involved between the toushi and fights only for the sake of fighting. She is, however, staunchly against violence and killing. Hakufu possesses the unique gift of predicting enemy moves by reading the flow of chi around her opponent.

Flame of Recca: Raiha and Kurei

Kurei is the leader of the Uruha, a group of skilled assassins hired to serve and protect Koran Mori. The group is also tasked to assist Kurei in any mission Mori orders him to undertake.

Raiha is a member of the Uruha Rai / Uruha Ikazuchi (Uruha Thunder). He is a descendent of the Hokage ninjas that ran away during the war that ultimately destroyed the clan. He wields the Reijin, the evil counterpart of Fujin which allows the user manipulate electricity.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Genkai

A legendary reiki master, Genkai is known both in the human and demon realms and takes in an unlikely Urameshi Yusuke as her successor. Her signature technique, the Spirit Wave, is an outpour of spirit energy from the entire body which can be used in healing, purification, and combat. A side effect of this power shifts the body’s cells into temporary reversion to the form in which the wielder was most powerful in their life.

Pandora Hearts: Xerxes Break

A member of Pandora and a servant of the Rainsworth Dukedom, Xerxes Break gives the appearance of a carefree character, only showing his dangerous and evil side when the need arises. Break has a legal contract with the Mad Hatter and is often seen with a doll on his shoulder whom he calls “Emily”. He adores cakes as well as sweet things.

Digimon Adventure: Takaishi Takeru, Angemon, and Patamon

The youngest DigiDestined out of the core seven, Takeru is a gentle, sweet, and generous boy who obediently follows the DigiDestined’s lead without question. His Digimon partner, Patamon plays a most important role in first season of the anime. Patamon is the last to achieve his Champion form, Angemon, but was the only one to be able to defeat Devimon.

Touhou Project: Yamaxanadu Shikieiki

One of the Yama who judge the dead, Shikieiki currently resides in Hell to sentence those who’ve traversed Higan and the Sanzu no Kawa. She is well known in Gensokyo for lecturing anyone and everyone about their faults, but it is unknown whether she genuinely wants others to change for the better or she simply has a habit of lecturing.

Air Gear: Wanijima Agito 04

Agito is the violent side of Akito/Agito/Lind Wanijima. He has the ability to use ATs to fulfill his bloodthirsty nature that Akito lost when he became disgusted with himself. Agito tends to swear a lot and he uses four hooks dangling from the straps on his legs to battle and tear people apart.

Pokemon: Musashi and Kojiro

The main antagonists of the Pokemon anime and manga series, Musashi (Jessie) and Kojiro (James) have set out to steal Satoshi’s (Ash Ketchum’s) Pikachu whom they consider to be especially strong. They are known to use various disguises with Musashi wearing masculine clothing and Kojiro cross-dressing in extremely feminine attire. They almost always “blast off” whenever they are defeated by Satoshi.

I think I have an idea who this character is, but I can’t place a name to it.

Remember how the Chinese illustrated the Japanese as “devils” or “demons” because of their cruelty back in World War II? I seem to recall reading a recent Japanese retaliation by turning that character “moe”.

Then again, there are a lot of miko characters out there and she could be one of those too. Otherwise, her hair’s like Yuuko’s.

I’m not even sure if she’s cosplaying or not, but she’s downright adorable isn’t she? Those look like small oranges on her wrists and lemons on her hair.

To Aru Majustsu no Index: Index Librorum Prohibitorum

A young nun from a branch of the Church of England, Necessarius, Index has been implanted with the 103,000 magical texts of the Index Librorum Prohibitum (“List of Prohibited Books”) because of her photographic memory. This makes magicians wonder if Index is even human because one grimoire is poisonous to the mind and could even possibly kill a person, let alone thousands. Her sorcery name is Dedicatus545, "The devoted lamb that protects the knowledge of the strong."

Another beautiful cosplay by Kanda Midori! Although Wikipedia says Index has thigh-length, silvery-blue hair, I think we can overlook this minor detail. I mean, long wigs are hard to keep well-styled after all. Thanks again to Edward for sending this in!

Angel Beats!: Nakamura Yuri 04

When Yuri's parents stepped out of the house, a group of robbers broke in to steal whatever commodities they could. Failing to find anything of value, they turned to Yuri, as she was the eldest of the four children, and threatened to kill each of her siblings at 10 minute intervals if she does not cooperate with them.

It is still unknown how Yuri died, but she confessed to Otonashi Yuzuru that she was certain no one who commits suicide makes it into the afterlife.

Vocaloid 2: Kagamine Rin 10

Kagamine Rin is the third character to have reached 10 features in Cosplay Holic! In case you missed it, the first one was Hatsune Miku who is also from Vocaloid, and the second was Kuran Kaname from Vampire Knight.

I guess this goes to show how popular Miku, Kaname, and Rin are. Then again, Kaname is one of my favorite characters, so it may be a little biased… just a little! Thanks to China for suggesting this!

Fate/Unlimited Codes: Saber Lily 02

There is still no official background for Saber Lily, but another fan speculation states this is how Saber would probably look is she never had to hide her gender when she was alive. In Battle Moon Wars, this was how Saber looked when she was Kohaku’s Servant.

I think Saber Lily is still Saber, but it would be nice if there was some background story for her too like Dark Saber. Thanks to Belia for sending this!
